Quiet week at the house

Nothing has really happened to the house since the colorbond was installed. A big heap of yellow sand has been delivered outside the driveway. I am guessing that is for the renderers.
I have been talking to a mate who is building a house with a different builder and he has advised me to organise a independent building inspector to come through the house, before the 1st inspection, to make sure everything is above board. It is expsensive but I think it would worth it for peace of mind.
